Le Local

Le Local is the first restaurant in Brussels whose concept is based on the circular economy and zero waste. A real restaurant, with fresh, local, seasonal products and a very kind service. Here everything has been thought out in a logic of no waste: the furniture comes from recycling and nothing is thrown away: everything is revalued to give it a second life by cooking the tops, peelings and other residues.

We supported them throughout their project to facilitate their openness on the operational side. We were also present at the opening to support the teams and rejoice with them to see the first customers savor their creative and local cuisine!
